Emelia Agyei: Senior Assistant Librarian, Head, Acquisitions Department Balme Library, University of Ghana RESEARCH AND PROFESSIONAL INTEREST: Is on access to timely and the right information to the information user in a convenient manner. Currently, my concern is on how scholarly information could be disseminated to academia without hassle, considering open access. I am particularly interested in effective instructional techniques to assist scholars in using information resources and/or tools.
