The 2010 IUG Conference in Chicago was an educative one. Librarians from all over the world came to share their experience in using the Innovative Company's products (Millennium). Novice also learn so much to enable them make impact in their various libraries. Circulation was of special interest to me.
My observation was that librarians are to take the Integrated Library Systems (ILS) seriously, else you are automatically kick out of your job.
