Reference Service

Two graduate students wanted to know how to use the UGCat today, Thurday September 10, 2009 in the morning. I tried to take them through the process, but I knew due to time constranit they did not grasps everything. It was later in the afternoon that I found a notice for a training section for the graduate students. I wish such information is given to the Reference Desk to direct or inform users accordingly.
